  I'm currently a tenant in a GW home and I'm not impressed. I moved in late December to find out my brand new unit didn't have a working air con. 3 weeks later and only having ceiling fans in this extreme heat, I'm getting more and more frustrated by the day. The real estate have tried multiple times to get some sort of communication going.. I've even contacted the company myself and nothing is being done about it. I shouldn't be running around after these people when the air con should of been tested after it was installed to ensure that it was working properly. Instead I'm stuck in a unit in the middle of summer with no air con. Couldn't even stay here for 5 days because it was simply far too hot. Take the time to do the job properly instead of rushing just so you can get tenants in!

  We love our GW Home!! Now I wasn't the easiest person to deal with constantly changing ideas and layout ect but Jody and the team were very helpful throughout design process.
  When it came to the build it was all pretty straight forward and faster than we expected, if we spotted any faults or wanted to add any small details during build Ken was wonderful to deal with and bent over backward to help us out or meet with us on site when ever we needed (Friday afternoon or weekend)
  Their pricing and quality is great!! Would highly recommend building with GW.
